The Ghost Train was a large vehicle called to the assistance of Chakor Channing in the pilot fan fiction story Life's a Fish and Then You Fry: The Movie. The Ghost Train appearing in the story is the very same train that appeared in the LEGO Monster Fighters theme. The Ghost Train is crewed by three wailing ghosts who never speak. The train is covered in bones and glowing elements. The train itself is also a spirit and sports a glowing round piece with a ghostly face.
Nothing is known of the train's history prior to when it became a vessel for the three ghosts. During the battle between the Monster Fighters and Lord Vampyre's forces, the ghosts used the train to deliver the ghost Moonstone to the Vampyre Castle to assist Vampyre in his plan to use all six Moonstones to eclipse the sun. After Vampyre's plan was foiled by the Monster Fighters, the ghosts and the train went into hiding in the Underworld. There, the train served as a vessel to carry soles to the the Land of the Living to the Underworld.
Life's a Fish and Then You Fry: The Movie
Chakor Channing summoned the Ghost Train to transport Frank to Area 51. The train was later chased by Vice President Litch in his limo. After realizing that they were being chased, Chakor used the Ghost Train's bat wings to fly, and thus lost Litch as his limo crashed into a canyon below.
As the Ghost Train approached Area 51 with Chakor and Frank aboard, Litch arrived in a government helicopter and managed to shoot down the train. This destroyed the Ghost Train as the three ghosts fled for parts unknown. Chakor and Frank survived, relieved to see that they had landed in Area 51. The current whereabouts of the train's remains are unknown.
